We All Will Be Together
As we enter 2021, we want you to know how much we miss you all and how much we hope We All Will Be Together.
The word “Together” was thrown around a lot this year and it gnawed at us a bit. It became an adverb that was both patronizing and galvanizing. Messages of pandering togetherness and shared sacrifice became unavoidable and even sellable.
We’ve been forced to redefine what together means. At our core, we Postmodernists are inspired by our togetherness. We are a family, with a large extended family. We’re keeping the family together. Together creatively, together strategically, together with clients and collaborators mixing and mastering the messaging that we produce. We put tremendous value on, and our colleagues and clients hearkened to, our ability to pull multiple expertise together and all in one place.
We’ve redefined togetherness in the present while preparing for a more thoughtful future. We’re shooting, editing, designing, coloring, recording, and mixing remotely – together. We’ve created a process to shoot safely and effectively, together. The creative process and the end product need togetherness to meet the eyes and ears of the audiences we reach.
So, raise a glass with us, remotely, and toast to a bold new year full of good health and happiness.
Wherever you are and whoever you’re with, we hope you’re keeping it together.
– The Postmodernists
